We tried to fine some concepts and a framework that can be used to explain our understanding about individual management system of Asian countries. Here we design a new paradigm named dual contingency approach, suppose that the corporate organizational character can be strongly influenced by both of its external environment character and social culture character. The framework will be verified with our field studies in Eastern Asia Area through the project period.
