The report covers the generative dialogue, and then the discussion around the trigger question that served as the main catalyst for the conversation, i.e. what will systems thinking involve in Y3K? We argue that contemporary systems design (CSD) is fixed to a particular set of assumptions relating to culture and time (i.e. western and industrial), which is not a universal framework for all kinds of problem solving or task-fulfilment. For a future in which we are seeking harmony on a global scale we are faced with a wide range of possible parameters in terms of culture and appreciation of time, which a truly comprehensive systems design process must accommodate. A new paradigm as a basis for thinking and engaging in systems work of the future is proposed. The hypothesized paradigm includes key concepts such as homeopathic design (enhancing the natural \"immune systems\" of social systems and synchronizing efforts with nature), as well as the embodiment of culture and time aspects. In addition, we offer an initial set of tools that might be considered when forming an evolutionary inquiry system for the meta-systems design case we discussed.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_37":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_41":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_publisher_14":{"attribute_name":"出版者 名前","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"静岡県立大学経営情報学部"}]},"item_3_source_id_22":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09188215","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_text_12":{"attribute_name":"版","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"publisher"}]},"item_3_text_13":{"attribute_name":"出版地","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"静岡"}]},"item_3_text_17":{"attribute_name":"出版年(from)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"2002"}]},"item_3_text_7":{"attribute_name":"著者 ローマ字","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"DYER, Gordon"},{"subitem_text_value":"HAMMOND, Debora"},{"subitem_text_value":"HORIUCHI, Yoshihide"},{"subitem_text_value":"OTSUBO, Mayumi"},{"subitem_text_value":"ROWLAND, Gordon"}]},"item_3_text_8":{"attribute_name":"著者 所属","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"&EMPTY&"},{"subitem_text_value":"&EMPTY&"},{"subitem_text_value":"静岡県立大学経営情報学部"}]},"item_3_text_9":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(翻訳)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_value":"Open University Assessment Services Cambrige, The Open University"},{"subitem_text_value":"Hutchins School of Liberal Studies,Sonoma State University"},{"subitem_text_value":"School of Administration and Informatics, UNIVERSITY OF SHIZUOKA"},{"subitem_text_value":"Shizuoka Sangyo University"},{"subitem_text_value":"Department pf Organizational Communication, Learning, and Design (OCL&D), Ithaca College"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"&, EMPTY&"},{"creatorName":"&EMPTY&","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1223","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"&, EMPTY&"},{"creatorName":"&EMPTY&","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1224","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"堀内, 義秀"},{"creatorName":"ホリウチ, ヨシヒデ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1225","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-03-23"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"AN10118525200209001020.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"1.2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"AN10118525200209001020.pdf","url":"https://u-shizuoka-ken.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1940/files/AN10118525200209001020.pdf"},"version_id":"a5543a1b-994f-4f4b-8277-0da51d66ef62"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"THE FUSCHL CONVERSATION 2002 OUTPUT PAPER FROM THE Y3K TEAM : TOWARDS A NEW \"META-SYSTEMS\" PARADIGM FOR Y3K","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"THE FUSCHL CONVERSATION 2002 OUTPUT PAPER FROM THE Y3K TEAM : TOWARDS A NEW \"META-SYSTEMS\" PARADIGM FOR Y3K"}]},"item_type_id":"3","owner":"3","path":["336"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2012-09-26"},"publish_date":"2012-09-26","publish_status":"0","recid":"1940","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["THE FUSCHL CONVERSATION 2002 OUTPUT PAPER FROM THE Y3K TEAM : TOWARDS A NEW \"META-SYSTEMS\" PARADIGM FOR Y3K"],"weko_creator_id":"3","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T09:42:47.145067+00:00"}
