 note = {本研究では、福祉用具サービスの有無別に地域における認知症高齢者の身体的な状況や精神的な状態、家族介護者の負担感の特徴を明らかにし、さらに、その1年後の変化した状況を分析することを目的とした。この結果、1年経過した状況において、認知症高齢者では福祉用具を利用している群のほうが、運動機能や日常生活動作に障害があり、介助を必要としている状況が示された。また、家族介護者の介護負担感の変化量に着目すると、福祉用具サービスの利用群のほうが利用していない群に比べてその変化量は低いことがわかった。しかし、介護保険サービスの利用の経年的な変化状況について、福祉用具利用あり群となし群との聞にはサービス量の変化状況において、有意な差は見られなかった。これらの結果は、福祉用具サービスを利用している認知性高齢者群が短期聞で状態が悪化する傾向があり、介護サービスを必要としているにも関わらず、効果的なサービスが提供されていないことを意味している。今後は、認知症高齢者に必要な状態の改善や介護負担感の軽減に効果がある福祉用具サービスのメニューの開発が検討されるべきである。\\nThe objective of the study was to clarify physical conditions and mental characteristics of the elderly with and without technical aid services and the profile of secular changes of them as well as to analyze changes in the use of long time care services.The study revealed that the group of the elderly with dementia using technical aid services tended to deteriorate in a short period of time, actually showing deterioration even in a year.When paying attention to the change of family care burden, the amount of the change of family care burden was proven to be low compared with the crowd that the use group of the technical aid services is not using.In the elderly with dementia, the types of services received were not different between the groups with and without technical aid services.These results suggest that although the elderly with dementia using technical aid services tend to deteriorate in a short period of time and seemingly need care services, the fact is not reflected in the use of services because the current care service menu does not have effective services for them.Such being the case, future researches should desirably be oriented to development of service really required by the elderly with dementia using technical aid services., text, application/pdf},
