を日本において簡便に、 普遍的に利用できるための方策を検討することである。 この目的を達成するため、 近年、 開発されたICFのコアセットのうち一般セット （以下、 ICF一般コアセット） を日本の医療現場で初めて試行し、 これらの結果を分析し、 さらに、 この調査に関わった医師、 看護師等の専門職の臨床的知見を収集した。 \\\\n　研究方法は、 ICFコアセット及びこれを利用するためのマニュアルを日本語化し、 これを用いて一般急性期病院、 回復期リハ病院の医師、 看護師、 理学療法士、 作業療法士、 社会福祉士等を対象にのべ285名の患者の状態を評価した。 同時に、 すでに各病院で用いていた既存のアセスメントツールで評価した。 さらに、 ５種類の専門職別の評価の結果を比較した。 \\\\n　研究の結果、 ICF一般コアセットの 「報酬を伴う仕事_実行状況」 項目は非該当が180名 （81.1％）、 「報酬を伴う仕事_能力」 で非該当が169名 （77.2％） と 「非該当」 が概ね８割となり、 評価項目としては妥当でないことがわかった。 \\\\n　一方、 ICF一般コアセットの結果と従来、 用いてきた他アセスメントツールの結果との関連性は高く、 併存的妥当性があることが示唆された。 ただし、 ICF一般コアセットの評価結果は多職種間で大きく異なり、 検者間信頼性は一致係数κ= 0.10～0.56とかなり低かった。 \\\\n　本研究の結果から、 ICF一般コアセットから非該当が多かった 「d 850報酬を伴う仕事能力」 を除外した６項目 （評点は９項目） は 「日本版ICFコアセット」 の雛型となるが、 現行のまま、 日本国内での実用化を進めることは困難であると考えられた。 ICF導入・普及にあたっては、 先ず、 日本の臨床状況に適合できるように評価項目を精選し、
