| 内容記述 | 日本は、世界でもまれにみる長寿企業大国であるが、そのほとんどが経営資源の乏しい中小企業である。 一方、我が国では、毎年のように、台風、洪水、地震のような巨大な自然災害が各地を襲い、経営資源の乏しい中小企業に大きな損害を与え、その経営の存続を脅かしている。 本稿は、近年、経営学において注目されている 「レジリエンス」 をキーワードとして 「自然災害で被災しても倒産しないで存続する日本の中小企業の長寿性の要因は、組織能力としてのレジリエンスを持っているからである」 との仮説をたてた。 仮説を検証するために、自然災害リスク等に対する中小企業のレジリエンスと長寿性の関係について考察し、レジリエンス要因の理論的フレームワークとその分析ツールを提案する。\nIn Japan, there are so many long life companies rarely seen in the world. However, they are mostly SMEs which has insufficient resources. On the other hand, in our country, natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, big earthquake struck around every year, and they cause great damage to SMEs which has insufficient resources and they are threatening the survival of their companies.Recently, "resilience" has been attracting attention in Business Administration. This paper hypothesis that "Factors of longevity of Japanese SMEs which survive without bankruptcy even attacked by natural disasters is because they have a resilience of organizational as capability"To verify the hypothesis, we consider the relationship between longevity and resilience of SMEs against risks such as natural disasters, and propose its theoretical framework of resilience and a tool of factor analysis. | |||||
